The Red Brick Lofts Go Green

The Lofts at 136 was originally home to Alling & Cory, once the oldest privately owned company in the United States. The six-story paper distribution center was historically renovated in time for its distinctly unique milestone — a centennial inauguration.

Imagine living in a space where ecological considerations are paramount: in light of the building itself being "re-used", and in keeping with global green efforts, the red brick and concrete lofts went green at the start of construction, and remains that way today. From an energy-efficient roof system to the insulating building envelope, the Lofts at 136 keep green in mind with lighting, cooling, and heating solutions throughout.

Make the choice to live in the way you choose – where the environment is respectful of your needs, and where your needs are in sync with the world around you.

For the ultimate in thoughtful urban living, independence, and safety, we imagine there is only one choice.

WELCOME HOME.
