At the Lofts at 136, we're always on duty. We are staffed 24/7 with an on-site professional staff. Our staff are highly trained and experienced in addressing all of your student’s needs, concerns and wants.
Our community is backed by a strong development group, general manager, leasing staff, maintenance personnel along with our student staff of resident assistants and desk assistants.
While many non-student focused properties have lackluster landlords and subpar maintenance programs, our staff is proactive and responsive to any maintenance concerns your student may have. All work orders are processed within 24 hours while comfort and life safety work orders are given immediate attention.
The Lofts at 136 offer individual leases for your students; which means your student is only responsible for their own rent and no one else’s. If your Apartment/roommate leaves, transfers or just doesn’t pay their rent, you have nothing to worry about. This is a huge advantage over the joint and several leases used at rental houses and other apartment properties where each parent is liable for the rent of all residents in the unit.
We provide an outstanding Residence Life program designed specifically to meet the needs of your students. Our highly trained staff offers a variety of educational, recreational and social activities. We promote our students' scholastic achievement and social development while fostering personal growth.
We have a several floor plans with semi and private accommodations. We offer all the luxuries and modern conveniences your student requires. All utility including, cable and Internet are already covered in your students rent. We also offer many study and lounge areas as well as an Activity Center and game room.
Afraid you’ll have a hard time finding a roommate. Don’t worry we’ve take the stress out of find a roommate as well – we offer roommate matching for those who would like to be placed with a roommate. All we ask is that your student fills out a roommate questionnaire so we may match them with someone who is compatible and shares many of their same interests, hobbies and academics.
Leave the U-haul at home. All of our apartments come fully furnished – saving you time and money. All your student needs to bring are personal items to create their own unique space.
